Resetting my password

Forgot password:

On the login page click the "Forgot my password" link. Input your username (email address), and click "Submit". 

A email will then be sent to your username (email address) with a new password to login to your software.

After you login to your software you can change your password by hovering over the gear wheel icon at the top right of your screen, entering your new desired password, and clicking save.
