Editing a customer's profile

Customer Tab:

You have the ability to set customer specific order emails, price levels, discount percentages, order minimums, surcharges, customer numbers, and fulfillment locations all on your Customer Tab. 

• Sales Rep Email: You can set specific email addresses to receive orders. 
  • If this is left blank then customer orders will be sent to the default addresses set on your Profile Tab.
• Price Levels: You can create price levels on your Profile Tab, and then assign them to customers on this tab.
  • Multiple customers can be linked to the same price level. 
  • When you send a price level update, on your Dashboard Tab, it will be sent to any/all customers associated to that price level.
• Discount Percentage: You can set discount percentages.
  • All your pricing will be discounted at that rate, for that specific customer. 
• Order Minimums: You can set specific delivery minimums and surcharges. 
  • If this is left blank then customers will see the default minimums and surcharges set on your Profile Tab.
• Customer Account Number: You can input a customer account number. The account number will then be present on customer email orders.
• Fulfillment Location: You can input a fulfillment location number. The fulfillment location number will then be present on customer email orders.
